Project Manager, Learning Content

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• At least three years experience in a Project Manager role
• Experience managing project budgets > $600,000
• The skills to manage client projects, project teams, budgets, programs, and reports to ensure optimum delivery of solutions for our clients
• The capability to manage many projects at one time and make it all appear seamless
• A proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization
• The ability to manage client and other stakeholder interactions to meet deliverables, satisfy customer requirements, build strong, trusting relationships, and develop opportunities for increased business
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are necessary to effectively convey goals and initiatives to team members and top management. Extensive experience building and delivering presentations
• Knowledge of, or experience in, learning or education is an asset and highly valuable
• Flexible in approach to work structure and process
• PMP an asset
• Experience with Smartsheets & Microsoft projects an asset
• Ability to work from home and travel to client meetings
• Additional duties as assigned
